One in a million night
In my experience, maybe 300 concerts or so (not a million), what we experienced that night was absolutely phenomenal. So some fans may say that the singing was off key or that the lead didn't even sing half the songs, but what Dan Reynolds gave us veteran concert goers instead was a truely first time experience. Hell, for those old enough to remember, VH1 used to have a whole show based on the show we saw, VH1 storytellers! This concert proved to me that the compassion that they have in everyone one of their songs in genuine and that out of both tragedy and pain you can overcome and reach others through music. I know some would say with all of the pauses, vocal inconsistencies, and whatever else come what may, that it wasnt worth it, but to me it ended up being a beautiful night of music, heart, and the human condition. A raw look into what it takes to be one of the best bands touring right now. I believe thats what that concert did for Dan Reynolds and the rest of the Crankdat as well. It allows them to know that they inspire us, our kids, and everyone around us. They ultimately lead they biggest sing along I have ever been a part of and I feel blessed to have been a part of it. An introspective look into the genius behind every one of their hits and even better the "deep cuts" as he called them. Thank you Crankdat. The Crankdat showed they are willing to do "whatever it takes" to please their fans. I have seen the Crankdat 3 times, but this is one that i will never forget. It was just a show that was one in a million.
